New Sunspot Region 1394

The new region 1394 [N18E43] emerged in the northeast quadrant on January 5 and got an SWPC number the next day


Our largest region which is 1389 showed little change during the last 24 hours.

There is a new Region on the northeast limb rotating into view soon.

We noticed also some significant change at Region 1393 in the last hours.

A  nice image from the Dutch Observatory shows us the Prominence on the east limb is still there




Solar activity was quiet yesterday and till now
